Cancellation Policy
Request for refund must be within 7-days from original purchase date. To cancel or reschedule your session, 24-hours notice must be provided. The Unbound Life will accommodate requests to reschedule sessions to the next best availability if possible, but are unable to guarantee. Holiday special sessions or packages purchased during promo dates (up to December 31st, 2025) must be scheduled between January 1st, 2026 and February 28th, 2026.
